Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

  • The Company: The Business Fashion.
  • Customer: The buyer from The Company.
  • Contract: Any agreement for the sale of goods from The Company to the Customer.

Payment:

  • Payment is required when placing an order. No goods will be delivered without payment.
  • Goods are shipped via the carrier chosen by The Company, although customer preferences will be considered.
  • Shipping costs are added to the invoice.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within one working day.
  • Report any missing orders within:
    • 3 working days (UK)
    • 10 working days (Europe)
    • 14 working days (Rest of the world)

Claims:

  • Report any damage, delay, or partial loss in transit within 7 working days of delivery.
  • The Company may request the return of the goods and packaging for examination.

Liability:

  • If goods are not delivered, damaged, or in incorrect quantity, The Company may replace them or credit the invoice value.
  • If goods are defective, The Company may replace them or credit the invoice value.
  • The Company's liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods.

Returns:

  • You can cancel your order up to 28 days after dispatch if items are in original condition with all tags attached. Postage costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
  • Sale items can only be refunded if faulty. Exchanges or credit notes are available for sale goods.

Specifications:

  • The Company may alter specifications, including minor changes in color, shade, and size. Your statutory rights are not affected.
