Definitions:

The Company: The Business Fashion.
Customer: The buyer from The Company.

Payment:

Payment is required when placing an order. No goods will be delivered without payment.
Goods are shipped via the carrier chosen by The Company, although customer preferences will be considered.

If goods are defective, The Company may replace them or credit the invoice value.

Returns:

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after dispatch if items are in original condition with all tags attached. Postage costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Sale items can only be refunded if faulty. Exchanges or credit notes are available for sale goods.
